Wanda Woodward is a character portrayed by Traci Lords in the 1990 comedy musical Cry-Baby written and directed by John Waters.

Wanda is one of Cry-Baby's friends. She comes from a good, suburban home but hangs around with the rebel kids, because she is constantly embarrassed by her yuppie parents.
